2. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be given. Any dispute or chargeback will result in permanent account closure and service termination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and purchase services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, digital assets, and designs are property of Brighter Smile Veneers. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without our express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We assume no liability for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, misuse, or damage from our services and enhancements. Use is at your own risk. Consult with a dental professional before use.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including any attempts at refund fraud or unauthorized use without providing a refund.

8. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Agreements, Contracts and other acts and legal acts between Brighter Smile Veneers and Customer, even if those acts or legal acts should not result in, or are not related to, an Agreement.
